Nowadays, some people may hold the opinion that building a factory near their community could be a good thing, since it may take down the rate of unemployment and became a major resource of income for the whole community as well. Other people have a different opinion. They argue that the damages caused by the factory would be more intense than the benefits. For example, those people say that the waste thrown into the air and the good water would be a big problem, maybe irreversible, if the company does not have a serious and responsible plan of protection for the environment.
ResponderExcluirMy opinions about that topic are still confused. There are good arguments in both sides. For example, I do agree that the progress process could really be accelerated by setting up a factory in the nearby, for obvious reasons. But on the other hand, I take in account that setting up a factory could bring troubles as well. Unwanted phenomena could come along with the progress. We may lose our peace for the noise and pollution released by the factory; animals could leave the region because of the waste thrown into the water and so on.
What is clear after all is that the quick progress has a high price. The point is: Are we willing to pay for it?

Some people support to build a factory near our community, other decided to oppose it. Nowadays some my hold that opinion that a new factory near our community helps to improve living standard of people in our community and it will bring prosperity to our community, but others have a negative attitude. As far as I concerned, I agree that build a factory near our community is an excellent idea. My arguments for this point are listed as follows.
ResponderExcluirOne of the primary causes is that the factory will employ a lot of workers. As a consequence, the unemployment rate will drop significantly. Another advantage about this the tax collected will also be increased. The town will be able to spend more money on infrastructures and other development like the development of other business such as shops, theatres and restaurants. Furthermore, the products the factory manufactures will improve our quality of living.
But there is a further more subtle point we must consider. There are some disadvantages building a factory here. First, it will disturb the quiescence of our community. A lot of people will rush into our community due to the factory, and the road will get crowded, it will be very noisy and unsafe for our children who always play freely in the streets before. What is more, the factory will produce many waste products each day, and there will be much waste water coming out from the factory and it will pollute the our rivers, including poisonous gas and liquid harming the air too.
General speaking, set up a factory in our community is a great way of development, in spite of advantages and disadvantages. Recognizing the fact that modern technologies have made today’s factories technology intensive and brought pollutions to the minimum should drive us to conclude that is possible get progress without harming the environment like in old times.

I agree with the statement that a new factory will bring prosperity to our community, the tax colleted from a factory is a important source to the town will be able to spend more money on infrastructure and other development; by the way I agree without since that factory doesn’t bring smog and pollution, and destroy the quality of the air and water in town. However, I believe that modern technologies have made today’s factories technology intensive and brought pollution to the minimum. Furthermore, we should understand that society needs to evolve and we cannot always stay in the old time.
Another reason why I agree with the above statement is that I believed that it can provide more jobs for us, especially for the young people in our community, it will help to develop our area.
In a word we can to say how it’s important to our town: necessity.
Taking into account to all these factors we may reach the conclusion that have the pros and cons, but it’s common knowledge. The factory will be important to development to our town.

Of course, there are some advantages and disadvantages in building a factory in our community. I support the idea that it must be done. My arguments for this point are listed as follows:
First, it will increase job’s opportunity. For example: a Hydro plant, that it will be built in Porto Velho – Rondônia, is expected to employ 15,000 of people. In doing so, people will improve their quality of life, that it means a better education for their sons. It’s all a matter of opportunity.
Second, protecting environment organizations do not permit the people to fish or to hunt. What can they do if they can not fish or hunt? Either they will go hungry or they will look for something “easer”.
Taking into account of all these factors, we may reach the conclusion that we need to progress, even it could affect our daily life.
Advantages and Disadvantages
ResponderExcluirWe will discuss some advantages and disadvantages about the construction of a factory near a community; we will take as base four texts that they talk about the same subject but with different visions.
The advantages that we can notice in elapsing of the texts are that, through the construction of the factory many jobs they appeared for the community's residents, in that way there will be a very high economical development. The technology will be the more possible assault so that the residents of the roundness don't come suffers any type of harms.
Some disadvantages will also appear with the construction of that factory, one of them is the pollution of the air, even with modern machines that you/they purify the air know that the residents are not protected totally of the risk of catching some diseases. The people that also earn a living also through the cultivation of foods prejudiced seram, due to dust produced by the intense traffic of trucks. We cannot also forget about the pollution of the rivers, where the fish died and people will acquire serious diseases.
As what was presented, I agree with the non construction of the factory, because constructions of that level should not be made close of any place where have people living. I think that even the factory being built distant of the community, she will offer many jobs without causing risks to the residents.
Nowadays, some way hold the opinion that builds a new factory near their community is a good thing and support the idea. Of course, building a factory has advantages and disadvantages.

Nowadays some my hold the opinion that building a Factory will bring a lot of increases to our community, but others have a negative attitude.As far as I am concerned, I agree that building a factory, but have to protect the enviroment and essentialy the living of the workers and our community.
My arguments for this point arre listed as follows:
One of the primary causes is that will more job opportunities.
Second many people will may working in the factory, futher more, more jobs especially for the young people in the our community.
But there is a futher more subtle point we must consider as:
1. Build the factory in a safe distance from our community, not too near;
2. Make sure that the factory can deal with the waste properly. Do not release the poisonous gas into the air, and not release the waste water into the river nearby.
3.Make sure the security guard in the factory works very well.
What is more with the building a factory in our community, it also gives a good chace for the development of other business in our community such as shops, theatres and restaurants.
General speaking, building a factory near our community is a good news to as. Recognizing the fact that could bring any unsafe for any people should drive us to conclude that we have that look at in the future and don't come back

Nevertheless, others have a negative atitude. They believe that the factory will change to community’s style of life, besides smog, pollution and noise. For them, all this things will affect people’s health and the progress does not pay the price.
As far as I am concerned, I agree with building of factory. My arguments for this point are listed as follows. I agree with the statement that this will bring beneficts to near community and will increase of the people’s quality of life, without reservations since the factory is built in a safe distance from community. This way, the smog, pollution and noise will not affect the people’s health. Another reason why I agree with the above statement is that I believe that people must try to live the possible better way, seeking to increase in all areas of their lifes.
